This project is being initiated as a CAPM project that includes pavement rehabilitation, Traffic Operation System (TOS) element replacement, drainage improvements, and Complete Streets implementation. The purpose of the project is to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement, improve its ride quality, enhance the corridor. The beneficiaries are the traveling public.
