Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to extend an existing pierhead at the subject property on Lake Tahoe. The pierhead will be constructed of steel piles that will be driven using a barge mounted pile driver and will contain a new adjustable catwalk and a new boatlift. The pierhead will extend approximately 17’-3 1/2” lakeward from the existing pier. The Project will result in approximately 1.3 square feet (sq. ft) of new structural pier elements resulting in new impacts to the lakebed of Lake Tahoe.
