Document Description
The project will install three traffic signals with improvements at the 3-way "T" intersection. The signals will include protected left turns for Mount Langley Street to Ellis Avenue and new pedestrian crosswalks and signal for pedestrians to cross Mount Langley Street and Ellis Avenue. Trenching for conduits and communications equipment as well as drilling for the installation of foundations for signals and lighting will be required. In addition, a control cabinet will be installed.

The application of this categorical exemption is not barred by any of the exceptions set forth in section 15300.2.
