Document Description
On July 18, 2024 the Conejo Recreation and Park District (CRPD) Board of Directors adopted the Addendum to the 2005 Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Rancho Potrero Equestrian Center Capital Improvement Project No. CI-4307 and the MND for the Rancho Potrero Specific Plan No. 19 (Specific Plan 2007-70045/Pre-Zoning Request 2007-70773/General Plan Amendment LU 2007-70060/Annexation No. 2007-70061), prepared in 2010, thus approving the East Arena Lighting Modification Project at Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center (RPCEC). CRPD determined that the Addendum to the prior MNDs appropriately addresses the modifications to the Project and no additional impacts would occur and no additional mitigation measures are required. CRPD is filing a NOD for that decision.
