Class 2; California Code of Regulations, title 14, section 15302 (c)
Reasons for Exemption
The project is a result of a Notice of Violation issued on May 19, 2022, for violations of Fish and Game Code related to illegal cannabis cultivation activities that impacted an unnamed stream tributary to Clear Creek. The armored fill crossing and armored rolling dips replace the existing structures, without expansion of capacity, and prevent adverse impacts to the stream and fish and wildlife resources.
