Document Description
This Clean Water Act (CWA) section 401 Water Quality Certification action and Order (Order) is issued at the request of California Department of Fish and Wildlife (hereinafter Permittee or CDFW) for the Project. This Order is for the purpose described in application and supplemental information submitted by the Permittee. The Project objective is to restore functionality of the siphon so that CDFW can resume hatchery operations, and the replacement pipeline will be resistant to vandalism and deterioration.
