Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 100,000-square-foot administrative office building, 100-foot-high communications tower, and associated site improvements. The Project would be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 would include the construction of 50,000 square feet of the administrative building and communications tower; and Phase 2 would construct the remaining 50,000 square feet. The building would contain offices for SMUD employees and operational facilities.
