The project consists of filling a gully near the eastern property line of 23599 Skyview Terrace, Los Gatos, Santa Cruz County. The work consists of filling an erosion to include placement of rip rap buttress fill with keyways in two separate locations. The proposed scope of work consists of filling a gully with placement of a rip-rap buttress fill to
include two keyways in two separate locations to prevent further erosion within the gully and

In addition, none of the conditions described in Section 15300.2 apply to this project.
