In 2022 and 2023, without prior authorization, blue gum Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) trees were removed along an approximately 550 linear feet stretch of an unnamed blue-line creek bisecting the project parcel. A streamside conservation plan has been developed that outlines restoration, replanting and monitoring requirements.
