The applicant is requesting approval of an AUP for a 1.14-acre parcel in San Andreas, to construct and operate a cannabis distribution facility. The AUP proposes to place a 40’ x 60’ prefabricated warehouse on the project site with a small parking area around the building and a short driveway that takes access from Truck Road. The facility will be hold cannabis while it is undergoing regulatory testing, and to package cannabis products to be delivered to cannabis retail businesses. The projected hours of operation are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. The facility will use two minivans. These vehicles will be stored on the property when not in use. One of the vehicles will typically be stored inside of the building, and all employees will park on site. The business will not be open to the public.
