The Discharger proposes to remove and replace the existing floating docks along with the replacement of seven damaged pier piles. The docks include four finger docks held in place by eight piles. Work includes the re-attachment of the gangway with new supports, temporary disconnection of the existing utilities and associated hardware, and the reconnection of utilities when the new docks are installed
