The City of Coachella has determined that the proposed project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to the guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act as “In-Fill Development Project” (CEQA Guidelines, Section 15332). The proposed project consists of the development within city limits on a project site of no more than five acres substantially surrounded by urban uses. This was a previously approved project, and this is a modification of that approved project and architectural review for new proposed elevations
