Document Description
DWR staff will clean out multiple culverts located on both the primary and secondary side of the SBA. Upstream opening of culverts will be cleared by hand tools or backhoe, removed material pushed into v-ditch, then spread and drainage shaped by road grader. A hose and pump will inject high pressure raw water from the upstream side through the culvert to mimic natural flow until it is clear of sediment and debris. All equipment and work will be within the DWR right-of-way.
