Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to Ed Z’Berg Sugar Pine Point State Park to Liberty Utilities to use the parking lot as a staging area to offload equipment for maintenance and replacement work for utility improvement purposes. Materials to be dropped off in the staging area include poles, wires, and transformers, to be unloaded and used Monday through Friday from August 26 through October 31, 2024, on an as needed basis. The staging area requested is approx. 15,000 sq. ft. of the southern half of the General Creek Campground Parking Lot located adjacent to SR89.
Work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
