The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-47001-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to James Graham.
The project is limited to regrading and replanting a partially collapsed streambank and failing hillslope above the ordinary-high water mark (OHWM) of Moraga Creek in the backyard of two private residences (14 and 20 Tia Place) in a residential neighborhood located within upper Moraga Creek watershed.
