Reasons for Exemption
Permit Adjustment Case No. PL24-0040 to Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Case No.4375/Case No.LU11-0133 is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301(e) and 15303 (e) because the requested Permit Adjustment would not alter the administrative or CEQA findings made at the time the original CUP was granted. The proposed change to CUP Case No. 4375/LU11-0133 will result in the increase of 1.7 percent of total gross floor area and a 3 percent increase in building coverage to the existing club house (53,992 sq. ft. gross floor area and 30,594 sq. ft. building coverage). The proposed changes would not have an adverse impact on surrounding properties. These conclusions are based on the fact the proposed changes are interior renovations to the existing clubhouse and the 920 sq. ft. covered patio addition will be placed within an existing outdoor sitting area (terrace) immediately southeast of the club house.
