Document Description
This project consists of the sale and assignment of 208 square feet of Stream Environment Zone Restoration Credit from Conservancy-owned land to the receiving parcels (AN 095-130-012, -013, - 014, and 095-140-023). The assignment will satisfy Tahoe Regional Planning Agency permit requirements for reconstruction and replacement. The previous bridge partially collapsed, and was demolished in 2022. The new bridge will comply with current fire and safety code, local regulations, and be located outside of the FEMA floodplain. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
