The proposed Project would be located on approximately 10.3 acres spanning two parcels that currently consist of an existing 135,520-sqare-foot office building. The proposed Project would include demolition of the existing building, and construction of a 179,490-square-foot facility, which includes a warehouse building, office spaces, associated parking lot, and landscaping improvements.
