Document Description
The project will consist of a lease amendment with the Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club to occupy approximately 32,044 rentable square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the existing building. The lease terminates on April 30, 2024, and the County is amending the lease to extend the original lease for five years from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2029 and to provide one five-year option to extend the lease. The lease amendment also grants a County refurbishment allowance for minor interior alterations, including but not limited to painting and recarpeting.

Additionally, the project will not impact environmental resources of hazardous or critical concern that are designated, precisely mapped and officially adopted by government agencies; does not contribute to cumulative environmental impact; will not have a significant impact on the environment due to unusual circumstances; does not damage scenic resources within a designated state scenic highway; and is not on the list of Hazardous Waste and Substance Sites pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code.
