The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board approved funding for the project on February 14, 2024. The project is to provide technical assistance to small disadvantaged communities for community outreach, legal support, representation, and income and interest surveying. The technical assistance does not include implementation activities. Eligible project implementation will be funded through separate funding approvals.
