Pursuant to Government Code Section 65912.100 et seq, the proposal is for AB2011 Ministerial Review for the McKay Ave Senior Living facility, a 100% affordable residential development for seniors located at the project site, based on qualification criteria established in State law. Site improvements include a landscaped courtyard and entry court as well as landscaped setbacks with planters for stormwater management. The proposed project is located at 1245 McKay Avenue within the A-P, Administrative Professional district. The site is designated Medium Density Residential in the Alameda 2040 General Plan.
