Document Description
The County Service Area (CSA) 70 R-51 (Old Toll Access Roads) Paving project involves the following tasks: pulverizing the existing asphalt roadways covering 38,220 square feet, grading and shaping, and paving 38,220 square feet with compacted hot mix asphalt or with an alternate 2” mill and overlay asphalt pavement. This includes feather overlay at all driveways and road parking areas, a total of 15; protection in place, a total of 21 each; sweeping, clean up, traffic control, and all other work necessary to complete the project as per the Bid documents, including Plans and Specifications.

Section 15302, Class 2 (b): These covers replace a commercial structure with a new structure of the same size, purpose, and capacity. Hence, it would not significantly impact the environment since this will greatly benefit the residents of the county or community, providing them with a safer and more reliable means of transportation.
