Document Description
Proposed 10-lot tentative subdivision map on a 54.2-acre site zoned RR-5 (Rural Residential, 5-acre). The ten residential lots will range in size from 5.06 to 6.78 acres and average 5.5 acres. New lots will be accessed directly from a new road extension off Adriatic Road. The road will extend 1,500 feet and terminate at a cul-de-sac. The road will be constructed according to the City of Oroville’s ST-02 Road Improvement Standard, which consists of a 36-foot wide asphalt travel lane with 6-foot wide shoulders centered within a proposed 50-foot wide non-exclusive easement. Sewer service would be provided by the Lake Oroville Area Public Utilities District. South Feather Water and Power Agency would provide potable water service.
