Document Description
To install one (1) 2-inch diameter Fiber Optic Conduit (FOC) housing fiber optic cables crossing beneath the existing 8 feet by 6 feet Dead Horse Slough culvert. The FOC is proposed to be installed by horizontal directional drilling method under the Dead Horse Slough culvert to a minimum depth of 5 feet below the culvert.
