Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. 2019-0374-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mary Beth Hollenbach, Michael Snyder, D’Andre Caldwell Johnson, and Nick Collins.
The Project is limited to the installation of an infiltration well-type structure and diversion of water from APN 024-680-61-00 for domestic purposes on Trinity County APN 024-680-29-00 (Hollenbach/Snyder), 024-680-30-00 (Caldwell-Johnson), and 024-680-27-00 (Collins), all of whom have a claim of water right to the point of diversion. The diversion, storage, and delivery of water to the above parcels is authorized under Small Domestic Registration #D032976, and limited to 1.41 acre-foot per year to storage at a maximum instantaneous diversion rate of nine (9) gallons per minute among all parcels.
