Contra Costa County will terminate and quitclaim a storm drain easement with an area of 1,015.45 square feet within a portion of the parcel identified above. It has been determined that the offer of dedication of the easement is no longer needed by the County for drainage purposes. The easement will be quitclaimed to the property owner of APN 184-130-018, who plans to build an extension off an existing private residence. This CEQA documentation covers real estate transactions only. The parcel
owner(s) and/or developer will be responsible for CEQA analysis as well as obtaining any applicable local, State, or Federal regulatory permits for subsequent activities.
