Document Description
Inyo County's ordinance will update Title 16 of the Inyo County Code to reflect the requirements of Senate Bill 9 with regard to Urban Lot Split projects, and add Chapter 16.25 of the County Code with the adoption of a SB9 District – SB9 Urban Lot Split ordinance. The SB9 District – Urban Lot Split ordinance will incorporate the requirements of Senate Bill 9 and will provide additional recommended provisions for local implementation.
