Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- MAN-44893-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The project is limited to replacing the corroded and nonoperational tide gate located in the State Route 1 and Highway 101 separation in Marin County. The project consists of replacing the existing, nonoperational 70-inch by 45-inch tide gate with an electronically operated, noncorrosive (stainless steel) tide gate, raising the overflow concrete box 3 feet, and replacing the overflow drain grating.
