Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCR-40754-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of Watsonville - Water Division, as represented by Jackie McCloud. The Project is limited to installing a temporary diversion and dewatering system to protect downstream water quality during construction habitat restoration and creation of wetland depressions, creation of a vegetated swale, and construction of a catchment basin. The purpose of the Project is to restore wildlife habitat, improve water quality, and enhance public access and education.
