Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-46447-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Stanford University Real Estate, as represented by Ramsey Shuayto.
The Project involves replacing an undersized culvert in an unnamed tributary to San Francisquito Creek. High storm flows in winter 2023 led to roadway embankment undermining, slope failure, culvert detachment, and roadway narrowing in the Project area. Permittee will replace the existing 18-inch (in) diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert with a single-barrel 34-in wide by 54-in long concrete elliptical culvert, grade the roadway embankment to adequate width to allow for passage of emergency vehicles, and place rock riprap at the culvert inlet and outlet.
