Document Description
The objective of this project is to reconstruct shared use paths. Reconstruction will remove the existing asphalt concrete and base and will replace with new base and asphalt concrete. In addition to the path resurfacing work, non-compliant curb ramps and driveways for pathways will be upgraded to meet ADA compliance.

The project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 (c) of the State of California CEQA Guidelines as repair and maintenance of existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities (this includes road grading for the purpose of public safety); and pursuant to Section 15302 (c) Replacement or Reconstruction of existing facilities with negligible or no expansion of capacity. The project is not located in an environmentally sensitive area and public facilities and services are available to accommodate the project.
