The proposed Project will improve the current measurement capabilities at the existing FKC turnout diversion into Cottonwood Creek totaling an average annual benefit of 1 ,800 AFY. The Project would demolish an existing concrete flume structure within a concrete channel adjacent the FKC by jacking it out and then construct a new measurement structure in its place. The new small facility would be a reinforced concrete structure.
