Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of additional school facilities on approximately 3.7 acres in the northeastern and eastern portions of the campus for the purpose of expanding the campus from grades 7 and 8 to grades 6 to 8 commencing in the 2025-26 school year. The project site will also include an approximately 2-acre, District-owned parcel for placement of export material that will be located approximately 300 feet north of the campus on the east side of De Ronde Drive. In total, the proposed project would consist of 5.7 acres of District-owned land.
