Document Description
Contra Costa County Public Works Dept. will replace the critical facility generator
at Fire Station #81. This project is part of a countywide effort to upgrade old backup generators at critical facilities so that they remain fully responsive to community needs during extended power outages. Ground disturbance is anticipated but there will be no excavation. Construction is anticipated to occur in summer 2024 and take approximately 40 working days. Equipment staging is anticipated in paved areas.
No real property transactions, tree/vegetation removals, traffic controls, or utility relocations are anticipated.
