The project site is not on a list compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 related to hazardous waste sites. The project will not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource. The project was found to be exempt based on the following: Section 15303, Class 3(a) (New Construction of Small Structures) — In urbanized areas, up to three single-family residences may be constructed or converted under this exemption.
