The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SMO-25034-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Blake Peters / KB Homes. The Project will grade and fill an intermittent drainage and wetland in preparation for the development of a residential housing community. The Project also proposes to remove riparian vegetation, install culverts and v-ditches, and install and construct 133 single-family detached lots with associated access roadways, stormwater, and utility features.
