Document Description
As part of the City of Redding's Energy Efficiency Economic Recovery Plan (EEERP), the project will replace eight existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units with new high efficiency HVAC units. Work will require removal and replacement of the HVAC units and refrigerant lines, upgrading the control system, and integrating the new equipment into the existing building management system. All work will be conducted on City property.
