Proposed changes: increasing the permitted maximum tonnage from 1,500 tons per day to 2,500 tons per day; increasing the design capacity from 1,500 tons per day to 2,500 tons per day; and expanding the permitted hours of operation from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Saturday for receipt of waste and 6:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday for operations and transfer to 5:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Sunday for receipt of waste, 5:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday for operations within the facility, and 24 hours a day 7 days a week for operations within the buildings. This is to advise that the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the above named project on May 12, 2025.
