River Project Sites for Duration of Project The purpose of the project is to approve a temporary non-exclusive Right of Entry Permit to access and use the two park sites for staging and/or laydown areas for USACE emergency "LA River TOE Access Repair Project." This Repair Project will repair about 12 miles of the LA River. Beneficiaries of the project as patrons of the LA River.
