The purpose of the Project is to approve the non-financial transfer of the 1.57 acres located at the Project Location from the jurisdiction of GSD to the jurisdiction and control of RAP. These acres will make up the Cabllero Creek - New Park Development Project, which will help serve the 3,022 residents in the nearby community. The new Development will provide the community with a recreational resource while also capturing and treating storm water runoff from the park and nearby streets. Beneficiaries are community members surrounding the Caballero Creek New Park Development.
