Document Description
The Project includes construction of a driveway to the residence that includes construction of a culvert across the
stream channel. A 50-foot long and 14-foot wide open-bottom precast box culvert with poured concrete footings will
be installed. A concrete-poured soil retaining wall to support the driveway will extend approximately 40 feet from the
northern abutment to the west parallel to, but outside of, the stream channel. There will be approximately 60 square
feet of soil placed adjacent to, but outside of, the stream channel to conform the culvert to the driveway. The
driveway leading up to, over, and leading away from the culvert will consist of aggregate base and asphalt.
