Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-47051-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Thomas Bartlett. The project is limited to the removal of dead, dying, and/or hazardous trees and associated dead and dying underbrush to create a defensible space for the construction of a residence at the project site. The project also includes removal of fallen trees and Himalayan blackberry (Rubus armeniacus) from the outlet of the existing off-channel pond to facilitate unimpeded stormwater flows. Implementation of the project will require the use of hand tools including chainsaws, and a compact tractor to remove dead/downed trees. Following completion of vegetation and debris removal activities, the project site will be landscaped with native, fire safe vegetation.
