Document Description
The project is limited to installing a 150-foot-long solid wooden fence from Stonebridge Road along the eastern property line. Metal posts with a 4-inch diameter will be placed every 8 feet and secured with cement. The fence will be between 6 and 7 feet tall with individual boards between ½ and ¼ inches thick. The fence follows the drainage with two crossings, one north of the pond and one south of the pond and existing dam wall. Each crossing will have a freeboard of 12-inches from the highwater mark. Dead and fallen trees will be removed or cut before installing the fence.
