Document Description
On May 21, 2014, the County of Riverside entered into a Lease Agreement (Agreement) with the Riverside Superior Court (Superior Court), for office space at Riverside Center located at 3403 10th Street, Suite 620, Riverside. The Agreement was renewed in 2019 and 2021 and expired on May 31, 2023. A First Amendment to the Agreement was approved on November 19, 2014, to include Suite 800 and expand the State’s occupancy from 1,979 square feet to 4,911 square feet.
Facilities Management negotiated this new Revenue Lease Agreement (New Lease) with Superior Court to update the lease language to current County standards and accurately delineate the roles and responsibilities between the County and Superior Court.
