Document Description
The project is limited to 21 encroachments. 6 encroachments are to remove existing stream crossings and install one low water crossing on ephemeral streams. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. 8 encroachments are to repair and/or abandon road access and restore the natural streambed and watercourse. Work for these encroachments consists of excavating and removing fill, and implementation of erosion control and stabilization measures. 2 encroachments are to repair and/or install spillways and restore the natural streambed and watercourse. 3 encroachments are to remove dams and stream crossings, and abandon road access. Work for these encroachments consists of excavating and removing fill to natural channel grade, and implementation of erosion control and stabilization measures. 2 encroachments are the maintenance and operation of two onstream reservoirs.
