Document Description
The Project proposes to redevelop the northern portion of a former rail yard into a publicly accessible urban greenspace. The greenspace would include habitat restoration and enhancement; viewing opportunities for local wildlife; walking, jogging, and biking trails; shaded picnic areas; historical, cultural, and environmental programming; and unstructured play areas.
