Document Description
Forty (40) road segments for a total of 13.51 miles require rehabilitation due to the deterioration of their roadway surface. The road segments will receive a 0.2 ft (2.4 in) single pass overlay. All work will occur within the County's existing right-of-way and will not widen the existing asphalt roadway. Currently the roadway width varies from 12 to 40 feet. Roads are primarily local roads in a residential setting with one segment being a major collector in the Rural Community of Sutter.

15301 (Existing Facilities), Class 1 consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. This project will provide repair to forty (40) existing segments of road in unincorporated Sutter County. All work will occur within the County's existing right-of-way and will not widen the existing asphalt of the roadway. This project results in no expansion of the existing use.
