SWP Agreement #24015 provides for a temporary additional point of delivery of up to 5,000 acre-feet of Palmdale Water District’s (Palmdale’s) State Water Project (SWP) water supplies to Littlerock’s turnout located in Reach 21 of the California Aqueduct during 2024. This turnout directly feeds into an adjudicated groundwater basin in the Antelope Valley region, where Palmdale can store its SWP water supplies for later recovery for use in its service area.
