Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace existing outdated buildings with upgraded structures for housing of tree crew and special crews yard staff. The mechanical and electrical systems are failing and cannot supply current and future demand. The current buildings do not meet current code and cannot hold anticipated staff increases. The project will demolish the existing buildings and replace them with new upgraded buildings. The footprint of the new buildings will extend 5 feet to the north of the existing footprint. Trenching up to 10 feet in depth and potholing will be required to replace existing utility laterals. Tree removal may be required to repair the existing sewer line near the West Ave driveway. No excess soil is expected.
