The City of Concord is constructing the Treat Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Phase 2) (City Project No. 2559) which consists of, in general, pavement rehabilitation via mill and fill and cold-in-place recycling, rubberized asphalt, curb ramp upgrades to ADA standards, median landscaping, sidewalk repairs, planting, irrigation, traffic striping and pavement markings, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
